Letselela has over 18 years experience in Executive Management having led public entities as an Executive Director and Chief Executive. He also serve in various Boards of Directors of Public Entities, Task Teams and also served as a Member of University Senate, Faculty Board and Management Board for the UNW Business School where he also worked as a Marketing Officer and Lecturer for Business Communications. As part of his responsibilities whilst serving in government, he acted as Spokesperson for the Office of the Premier, a Speechwriter  and a Director for Provincial Publications. He executed a multi-million projects as a Chief Executive Officer for a Provincial Housing Corporation and later served as Group CEO for Provincial Transport Company. His academic qualifications includes a Cum Laude Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development  from University of Stellensbosch Business School and MSc in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Beckett University, UK and is well vested in areas of Corporate Governance, Strategy Development, Change Management and Leadership Coaching. He has also lectured Business Communication at UNW Graduate School where he studied and participated extensive in student leadership.
